Project Description
Together with the company Zweitwerk, Nionex has set up a media portal for Berlin’s Humboldt
University. jadis.net was modified to cater to the specific needs in research and university
teaching, and was further developed throughout a number of steps. The university’s staff can now
use multimedia objects online through the media portal and the system offers the possibility of
flexible storage for daily work. In addition, data can be stored on a long-term basis in a digital
library.
